SPEED Lacrosse® is a lifetime sport sharing many characteristics with Field Lacrosse, Box Lacrosse, Basketball and Tennis.  It is played 3v3 on a 20 x 40 yard court on turf, grass or sand.  There is no equipment needed other than a standard lacrosse stick and mouthguard.  The emphasis is on finesse over physicality.  It is a great sport for ALL ages and frequently most fun when played coed.

Long Island SPEED Lacrosse League (LISLL) is an Official SPEED Lacrosse Affiliate run by Tim Byrnes who is a Syracuse University Alumni.  Tim played with Casey and Ryan Powell and for Legendary Coach Simmons at Syracuse as well as a walk on for Coach Boeheim's Hoops team.  Needless to say, run and gun is fast and fun and what we know!
